Study Advisor
Study Advisors can help you when you need advice with regard to your study programme, planning, and regulations concerning examinations. The Study Advisor is also available for consultations concerning personal matters, such as disability and family circumstances, which may affect your academic progress.
If you want to speak to your study advisor, please book an appointment via the agenda below or come by during the walk-in hour every Tuesday (except holidays) between 14:00h and 15:00h or Thursdays (except holidays) between 10:00h and 11:00h in Minnaert 1.20.

Book an appointment & location
Every two to three weeks, we review our schedule and make new time slots available in the online agenda. Please check the online agenda for appointments marked as ONLINE (via MS Teams) or ON CAMPUS (Minnaert 1.20)
On campus
Room 1.20 in the Minnaert building is the Student Desk. You can sit on the couch opposite the reception, and the study advisor will come to collect you from there.
Online
For an online appointment, MS Teams will be used and you will receive further instructions via the email address you used to book the appointment.
