The course catalogue for the winter semester is only available by the end of July and no course choice is possible before the semester starts. Prior to course registration students will have introduction classes to be able to determine if they meet the course requirements and like the course content.
German or English proficiency at a minimum level of B2 (European Reference Frame). B1 competences are not sufficient to follow academic courses.
Courses from any department at Konstanz University are availble. You can find them in the online course catalogue.
Advanced bachelor students (who have completed 3 years of their study in Utrecht), courses on master level are available.
ECTS / EC credits are used. One bachelor's seminars is equivalent to 6 ECTS, a master's seminar equivalent to 7 ECTS.
European universities use the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and normally, you obtain 30 ECTS per semester
Study load per semester 22,5 ECTS (minimum) - 30 ECTS credits

Places per year: 2 places for 1 year. 1 Semester is also possible. Please note that it is not possible to extend your stay. So when you already are in Konstantz for semester 1, you cannot prolong your stay.
