Universität Konstanz is an exchange destination for bachelor students at Utrecht University School of Governance.

The course catalogue for the winter semester is only available by end July and no course choice is possible before the semester starts. The registration for classes only takes place within the first weeks of the semester, so that the students will have the opportunity to go to the classes and have a look at the teachter, the topics etc before they choose their classes.
Exchange students must demonstrate a proficiency in English OR in German, minimum level B1 according to the European reference framework. Starting with the academic year 2018/19 the minimum level B2 is required.

Courses from any department at Konstanz University are availble. You can find them in the online course catalogue.
Advanced bachelor students (who have completed 3 years of their study in Utrecht), courses on master level are available.
ECTS / EC credits are used. One bachelor's seminars is equivalent to 6 ECTS, a master's seminar equivalent to 7 ECTS.
Places per year: 2 places for 1 year. 1 Semester is also possible. Please note that it is not possible to extend your stay. So when you already are in Konstantz for semester 1, you cannot prolong your stay.

Accommodation in a student residence in the city of Konstanz is guaranteed to all incoming exchange students.
