If you need an invoice of your tuition fees (for example, if an employer is paying your tuition fees), you can request this via this form.

Please note: We only issue one invoice per academic year and only for the entire tuition fee.

Do you need a residence permit to enroll and is the application process handled by Utrecht University? Then you will receive an invoice from International Student Admissions in early May prior to the academic year.

If you need a proof of payment of your tuition fees (for example for declaration or tax authorities), you can request this via this form.

Please note: We only issue one proof of payment per academic year and only after we have received the full payment of the tuition fee.

You can request the Proof of Payment of Tuition Fees (BBC) by filling in this online form. Via the online form you can request Student Services to have the BBC sent directly to the institution.

Please note! The other institution determines the conditions for accepting the BBC. A BBC can only be issued for Dutch higher education, and this arrangement only applies if you are fully enrolled at both institutions and are paying the statutory tuition fee.

Are you going to take courses or a programme at another higher education institution while enrolled at and paying tuition fees to Utrecht University? In some cases, the tuition fee you pay to Utrecht University can be deducted from the amount owed to the other institution.

In Osiris Student, go to the Affairs tab, then to My Affairs and start the new case CSa declaration for reimbursement of expenses for co-assistants. You can only submit this application if you are registered for a bachelor's or master's degree in Medicine. It is possible that the Osiris Case pop-up is not visible at first due to a block on your computer. You can solve this by allowing the pop-up. Fill in the form to request proof of payment for your reimbursement of expenses for co-assistants.

Since 1 January 2020, Dutch hospitals have included an expense allowance for co-assistants in their collective labor agreement. Some hospitals ask their co-assistants for proof that they have paid the tuition fee in order to pay this reimbursement of expenses. Has a hospital asked you for such proof of payment in connection with your internship? Then this applies to you.

You can download an official digital declaration of enrolment yourself via Osiris Student. You can find this by logging in and looking at your personal page. You can find the declaration of enrolment under: My details > Enrolment in the program. A new page will open, so don't forget to disable the pop-up blocker.

Do you need a declaration of enrolment from a previous academic year, or do you want to request a declaration regarding a PhD? Use the online application form.

You can also request a paper declaration with stamp and signature via the online application form. Or you can visit Student Services for this.

Do you need a declaration of passed exams, study results (grade list) or courses followed? Then contact the study point of your faculty.

As of October 2019, due to the stricter privacy legislation, it is no longer possible for third parties to request verification of results. Candidates can request a statement of the required data themselves (see above). 

Please note! Only for PhD candidates, proof of PhD graduation can still be requested by third parties via this online form - for a fee and with signed permission.

If you have DigiD and you obtained your diploma on or after 1 January 1996, you can request a declaration of obtained diploma from the DUO diploma register yourself. If you do not have a DigiD, or if you obtained your diploma before 1 January 1996, you can request a statement via this online application form.

A certified copy of a diploma (or transcript) obtained at Utrecht University can be requested from the study point of your faculty. Contact the study point about the possibilities and procedure (such as whether you need to bring the original document yourself).
