Wi-Fi
In all buildings of Utrecht University, you can use fast and reliable Wi-Fi by logging in with your email address and Solis-id password. With this stable internet connection, you can study and collaborate safely and easily.
Utrecht University
At the university, you can use the 'Utrecht University' Wi-Fi network.
Login details
| Username | Your email address (for example j.a.johnsson@students.uu.nl). If this doesn't work, enter your student number@soliscom.uu.nl |
|---|---|
| Password | Your password is the password of your Solis-id. |
Please note that devices with an older operating system cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network for security reasons.
Eduroam
You can also use the network 'Eduroam'. This is a national Wi-Fi network for all educational institutions.

| Password | Your password is the password of your Solis-id. |
The possibilities with 'Eduroam' are more limited than those of 'Utrecht University'. For example, you can make limited use of UU services (such as printing) and it mainly offers internet access.
