Consequences of not paying

It is important that there are sufficient funds in your account when the tuition fees are collected. If the tuition fees cannot be collected, you will receive an email from the Central Student Administration with further payment instructions. If you fail to pay, you will be disconnected from university facilities.


What happens if I do not pay the tuition fee?

  1. If the tuition fees cannot be collected, you will receive an email from the head of the Central Student Administration after approximately 10 working days. In this email, you will be asked to transfer the amount due within 7 days.
  2. After these 7 days, you will be disconnected from facilities such as your Solis account and email, but also from registering for exams and courses or receiving your diploma. You will then receive a request to transfer the amount due within 15 days. If you pay within that period, your access to these facilities will be restored after your payment has been processed.
  3. If you still fail to pay, you must pay the full amount of tuition fees owed. The next steps depend on the total amount due, with two possible scenarios:
