Change registration details

Your details will be recorded upon registration. If you want to change this information, you can do this yourself in some cases. In other cases, your information is linked to the Personal Records Database (BRP). On this page you can read how to change your registration information.

  • Your first name
  • Your telephone number
  • Your email address (private)

Report a change of information

Exceptions

To change your details, please contact the faculty of your study programme if:

  • you are following a privately financed master's degree.
  • you are registered as a contract student (you follow individual courses at the UU for a fee).
  • you are registered as a minor student (you follow courses at the UU as a student of another higher education institution).

In these cases, changes in Studielink or the BRP are not automatically passed on to the UU. In the above situations, you can also change your address yourself in Osiris Student.
