Procedure
If you have a complaint, appeal or objection, you can submit it using a digital form. Follow the steps below to complete and submit the form.
How do I fill in the complaint, appeal or objection form?
- Decide if you want to file a complaint, objection or appeal. The difference between those options is explained here.
- Go to the digital form for a complaint, objection or appeal and make sure your browser is set to the desired language. If your browser is set to English, the form will be displayed in English. Please only fill in the form in English if you do not have a good command of Dutch.
- Fill in the form in one go and use your UU email address. It is not possible to save changes before you have completed the form. Study the questions beforehand, collect – if necessary – all the details needed and then fill in the digital form.
Please note: If your enrolment request for a programme with mandatory matching has been rejected because you did not meet the application deadline via Studielink or did not complete the matching activities, please do not use the form above. Instead, follow the specific procedure outlined in the decision sent to you by email. If you have lost this decision, you can request a copy from Student Services.
- You can add relevant documents as an attachment to the digital form. Please note that the form including attachments as you submit it will be shared with the employee or department of the university to which your complaint/objection/appeal relates.
- 15 minutes after submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email containing information for your personal portal. Keep this information safe. In this portal you can monitor the status of your complaint, objection or appeal and you will receive more information about the follow-up procedure.
