Helping people is something that comes naturally to me. I started in Utrecht in 2017 with a double bachelor’s in physics and mathematics. Once I had found my place at the end of my first year, I wanted to do something for my fellow students.

I’ve experienced myself how many possibilities there are when people are aware of your disabilities, when they listen, and when they adapt to this. I really enjoy the possibilities that I have because of this, and I wish that for everyone who does not want to feel limited by the university.

When I busied myself with the extra time policy during exams, I heard about Studying without Limitations. This seemed for me a fun way to put in my two cents for my fellow students, which I now execute in a coordinating role.

I hope I can use my experiences to help other students with a disability with possibilities and improved communication.
