Student Services is offering a 2 session workshop about stress management for international students, based on exercises and techniques of Mindfulness and Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy.
The workshop will take place on:
- Friday 18 May, 10.30 am till 12.30 pm
- Friday 1 June, 10.30 am till 12.30 pm.
You have to attend both sessions.
The workshop will be guided in English by Jacky Limvers and Jerre Mijnarends (from Advising and Counselling).
