The tutor can help you to discuss the planning of your courses in the programme and to monitor study progress. Especially in the first year, the tutor is available for questions regarding:
The tutor will invite you twice (October and February) to discuss your study programme and study progress. On request the tutor can help you find the way to the study advisor, student counsellor, etc.
Within the programme SEC, drs. Liesbeth de Bakker, dr. ir. Astrid Bulte, dr. Michiel Doorman, dr. Gjalt Prins, dr. Elwin Savelsbergh, dr. Roald Verhoeff, and dr. Ralph Meulenbroeks are tutors. You can find your tutor in Osiris.
The Student Advisors can help you with questions about admission and enrolment, exam requirements, complex curriculum planning, exemptions, attending courses at other universities, studying with a handicap or disability, ending your studies and termination of enrolment.
You can also contact a study advisor if you have study-related problems, such as lack of motivation, study delay, illness, conflicts with lecturers or other employees of Utrecht University, and other circumstances that could impede the progress of your studies.
There is one Board of Examiners for all teacher training courses at Utrecht University, the Board of Examiners of the Graduate School of Teaching.
The responsibilities and tasks of the Board of Examiners are laid down in the Higher Education and Scientific Research Act (Wet op het hoger onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek).
The Board of Examiners is supported by Secretaries to the Board I. (Ingrid) Heinsbroek MSc, R. (Renske) Smit MSc and R. (Rianne) den Adel MSc.
Requests to the Board of Examiners for (exemptions and approval of courses, etc.) can be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please first consult the Requests to the Board of Examiners section on our Academic policies and procedures page to make sure you follow the correct procedure and submit a complete request.
The Board of Examiners will take a decision within six weeks after receiving the complete request.

The Degree Programme Advisory Committee provides the Board of Studies with both solicited and unsolicited advice regarding the Master's programmes and minor programmes. The Degree Programme Advisory Committee advises with regard to quality, organisation and policy.
The focus is mainly on the annual update of the Education and Examination Regulations (OER) and course assessments. All GST courses are evaluated by a group of lecturers and students based on surveys that are distributed to all participants. The results of those evaluations are public and will be used during the development of a future version of the course.
On the Committee, a total of fourteen lecturers and students represent the various degree programmes within GST (the one- and two-year alpha/beta/gamma Master's and the minor in Education).

The Skills Lab is there to help you if you'd like to know more about developing your academic skills or if you encounter any problem during your studies. We try to map out as clearly as possible what's on offer in terms of trainings, workshops, classes, individual guidance and tools.
The Facilities Service Centre (FSC) is responsible for providing facility services at Utrecht University, such as catering, room hire, cleaning, waste removal, post and transport, building care and maintenance.
