UU Honours - Descartes College

Descartes College is an interdisciplinary honours programme that students can take in addition to their regular studies. Descartes College is highly recommended for students who are broadly interested and wish to learn from the diverse perspectives of professors and students across the UU. In this safe and close-knit community, students engage with one another for two years, sharing their own interests and learning from other disciplines. In the final part of the programme, students have the opportunity to design their own course and invite guest lectures of their choice. The program is taught in Dutch, and is open to Bachelor students beginning their sophomore year in 23/24, or have two more years before completing the bachelor's degree.
