The first meeting of the academic year between the new University Council and Executive Board takes place on 24 September. Topics such as the report on the second quarter of 2018, budget decisions after the determination of the framework letter and the points of attention of the University Council will be discussed. Do you want to be at the meeting and hear what the Council and the Board discuss? Then come to room 033 G on the 24th of September from 14:30 to 15:30 hours at the conference center in the Administration building.
What is on the agenda?
At this meeting the following topics are on the agenda:
- The points of interest of the University Council for 2018-2019 will be presented.
- The Council has the right of consent to proposed additional expenditures based on the Q2-report, which gives insight to the realisation of the UU budget until the second quarter of 2018, along with the prognosis of the full year 2018.
- The Council has the right of consent to the budget mutations that follow the determination of the framework letter 2019. The framework letter provides the starting points for the faculties for making their budget.
All UU students and staff that are enthusiastic about the activities of the University Council may be present at the meeting. You can attend the meeting, but can’t participate You can hear and see what is going on and how the Council represents your interests. If you have a question for a council member please contact them before the meeting. We are interested to hear about your thoughts.
