Busy, busy, busy! Work plays an important role in our lives. At best, it gives us happiness, fulfilment and meaning. At worst, it makes us feel miserable. What does work mean to you?
In recent years, the number of working people with burnout symptoms has been increasing. Performance pressure or difficulty in combining work and private life are often cited as causes. Many Gen-Z'ers are changing tack and longing for less work and more freedom. And that while the tightness in the labour market is only increasing.
Time to talk about work. In this test, you are a researcher and research object yourself. You will contribute to scientific research and learn more about the role of work in your life. In what way does work give your life meaning? Do you value a high salary or nice colleagues more? And what choices would you make to combat the labour market shortage?
