Olympos: outdoor sports programme

We are not allowed to provide indoor sports programmes yet, but we are happy that you can still be active outdoors! Come and join our open air options!

Outdoor fitness

At our outdoor fitness area (472m2), you have access to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, six rowing machines and two assault bikes. You can take part in supervised strength as well as fitness work outs.

Outdoor group lessons

Weekly, you have a choice of 34 group lessons, varying from Yoga, booty workout, Zumba, intensity, running, calisthenics, bootcamp to Pilates, Tabata, keep-fit boxing and fat-attack.

Recreational tennis

Book a one-hour timeslot and enjoy the recreational tennis options at one of the all-weather tennis courts.

Recreational climbing

If you possess a climbing proficiency certificate, you can book a 1.5-hour timeslot and enjoy a top roping session at the Kalymnos outdoor climbing wall (> 31m).

SUP course (OlymPas + additional fee)

In the three-lesson Stand Up Paddling course you learn to confidently stand up on the board and paddle through the beautiful area of Amelisweerd. You won’t even notice that you are simultaneously conducting an all-round workout!
