Courses period 2: Aerial acrobatics, Boxing, Calisthenics, Cross challenge, Cross circuit, Dodgeball, Kick boxing, Krav Maga, Mindful movements and meditation, Pilates for staff, Pole Fitness®, Running, Strength workout for beginners (five weeks / lessons), Survival run (five weeks / lessons), Triathlon, Volleyball and Yoga for staff.
We offer squash courses in cooperation with US Beat It. Click on the sport for more information about registration.
With the OlymPas you have access to almost all sports offer of Olympos! Besides participate in a course, you also have unlimited access to our fitness (gym), you can join about 80 group lessons per week, play tennis, squash, go climbing and more!
