Business Informatics with Master student Hilde Jongeling
In this episode, Daan talks to Hilde Jongeling, student Business Informatics (programme focused on understanding how companies use information technologies). They discuss some different approaches and focus on Hilde’s interest in studying processes at companies, so-called ‘process mining’. After that, Hilde tells about her research project at the railway company Prorail; what it entails, how she found it and what she is planning to do in the future.
