Mindful Mornings: 23 till 26 January
Jump out of your bed, into mindfulness!
Do you have the resolution to meditate more? Do you want to start your day mindfully? Then follow the Mindful Mornings sessions on 23 till 26 January 2023 from 09:00 - 09:15.
These sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Treat yourself to a mindful morning, join the group and also support your peers to make meditation a daily habit in this new year. The sessions will be led by experienced mindfulness trainers, who also supervise the UU Meditation Lab.
The sessions will all be in English.
