Mindful Mornings: 13 November - 1 December

Jump out of your bed, into mindfulness!

Do you want to start the day mindfully? Follow the Mindful Mornings sessions from 13 November to 1 December from 09:00 - 09:15.

These sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced. Give yourself a mindful morning, join the group and also support your fellow students to make meditation a daily habit in this new year. The sessions are supervised by experienced mindfulness trainers, who also supervise the UU Meditation Lab.
