Mindful Mornings

“Jump out of bed, into mindfulness!”

In the first week of period 3, we start every morning with a guided meditation. These sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced meditators. Give yourself a mindful morning and make it a daily routine!

When: February 5-9
Time: 8:30-8:45 A.M.
Where: online, via MS Teams. Use the code: kc2hfue (To enter the code, in MS Teams click on 'Teams' in the left menu, choose 'Join or create a team' at the top right and paste the code from above in the field 'Join a team with a code').
