Late enrolment days for period 1 2026-2027

The late enrolment days for Period 1 courses are 17 and 18 August 2026. Late enrolment must be done via Osiris student and is only possible for those courses with remaining places (first come first serve). 

Late enrolment is possible for all UU students, also outside of Utrecht School of Economics. Students outside of Utrecht University looking for non-degree courses, however, cannot enrol during the late enrolment days.

• Enrolment starts: 09.00 a.m. on Monday 17 August 2026
• Enrolment closes: 11.59 p.m. on Tuesday 18 August 2026

Course repeater

If you are repeating Introduction to Economics and Business Economics (ECB1IEBE) or Mathematics (ECB1WIS), you must enrol yourself in a repeater group via Osiris Student: ECB1IEBE (group 20) and ECB1WIS (group 19, 20 or 21).

Please note

1. Only emails which are sent on 17 and 18 August 2026 will be taken into consideration.
2. With the registration for the courses your total registration will not exceed 22.5 EC for this period.
3. Late enrolment dates and times might vary for courses of other faculties/programmes (this includes the minor courses).
4. NEW Timeslot Model: Pay attention to the changed timeslots (see website).

Disenrolment

If you decide not to follow a course, you are expected to disenrol via Osiris student within the first two weeks. If you did not terminate your enrolment within two weeks of the commencement of the course, you will: 

1. receive a ‘Did not participate’ in Osiris. 
2. be considered a ‘repeater’ in the following year when re-enrolling for the course and you will follow repeater regulation.
