Late enrolment days for period 1 2025-2026

The late enrolment days for Period 1 courses are 18 and 19 August 2025. Late enrolment must be done via Osiris student and is only possible for those courses with remaining places. 

Late enrolment is possible for all UU students, also outside of Utrecht School of Economics. Students outside of Utrecht University looking for non-degree courses, however, cannot enrol during the late enrolment days.

Enrolment starts: 09.00 a.m. on Monday 18 August 2025
Enrolment closes: 11.59 p.m. on Tuesday 19 August 2025

Course repeater

If you are a course repeater for the course Introduction to Economics and Business Economics (ECB1IEBE) or Introduction to Finance and Accounting (ECB1IFA), and wish to be enrolled, please send an email to the U.S.E. Student Information Desk (studentdesk.use@uu.nl). Please include your student number and the repeater course you want to be enrolled for. 
Only emails which are sent on 18 and 19 August will be taken in-to consideration.
 

Please note

1. Only emails which are sent on 18 and 19 August 2025 will be taken into consideration.
2. With the registration for the courses your total registration will not exceed 22.5 EC for this period.
3. Late enrolment dates and times might vary for courses of other faculties/programmes (this includes the minor courses).

Disenrolment

If you decide not to follow a course, you are expected to disenrol. You can do this up until the first two weeks of the period via Osiris student. If you do not disenrol and do not follow the course, you will receive a ‘Did not participate’ in Osiris. If you wish to take this course in a following academic year, you will automatically be assigned to repeaters courses.
