About Travel Green Grant
Utrecht University aims to be CO₂-neutral by 2030 and wishes to have reduced the current air travel by 50 percent (in 2030, compared to 2019). In 2018, 4% of the UU's CO₂ footprint was due to air travel by exchange students. With Travel Green Grant the UU wants to better facilitate students who want to travel by land by offering them financial support.

Travel Green Grant is an initiative of Utrecht University’s International Offices and Green Office. For more information, visit uu.nl/travelgreengrant
