Frits van Oostrom is saying goodbye to UU

University Professor and Dutch scholar Frits van Oostrom bid farewell to the University of Utrecht on May 12th. Due to his significant contributions to academia, he was honored with the appointment as Knight of the Order of the Dutch Lion during his farewell.

Prof. Dr. Van Oostrom specializes in medieval Dutch literature and has been involved in various major research projects. He has written books and publications for which he has received numerous awards, including the AKO Literature Prize and the Spinoza Prize.
