The sixth meeting of the academic year between the University Council and Executive Board takes place on 23 April. Topics such as the student statute, annual report 2018 and Q4-report will be discussed. Do you want to be at the meeting and hear what the Council and Board discuss? Then come to the Mattias Jorissenzaal on the 23rd of April from 15:00 o clock at the conference centre in the Administration building.
What is on the agenda?
At this meeting the following topics are on the agenda:
- The University Council has the right of consent to the student statute 2019-2020, in which the general rights and obligations of the students of Utrecht University are mentioned.
- The Council has the right of consent to the mutations of the designated reserves mentioned in the Q4-report (report of 4th quarter of 2018), which gives insight into the realisation of the UU budget of the full year 2018.
- The Council and Board discuss the annual report 2018, in which Utrecht University reports and justifies the year 2018.
All UU students and staff that are enthusiastic about the activities of the University Council may be present at the meeting. You can attend the meeting, but can’t participate. You can hear and see what is going on and how the Council represents your interests. If you have a question for a council member please contact them before the meeting. We are interested to hear about your thoughts.
