Bite by Bite project

The Bite by Bite project is a partnership between Utrecht University Medical Centre, Utrecht University College, The Pit, and Being Well Catalysts’ “Tasty and Healthy Planet Cooking Club” in Utrecht. It is funded by the Planetary Health Seed Grants from Utrecht University and the University Medical Centre Utrecht, and aims to raise awareness, inspire action, and foster dialogue around sustainable and healthy food within Utrecht city and the University campus communities (Science Park and International Campus).

As part of this project, we will host three interactive, in-person workshops where participants will come together to dialogue, collaborate, and co-create.

  1. Planetary health recipes. 13 March, 18-21h. Rosa buurtcentrum, Utrecht.

  2. Cooking workshop on food waste. 10 April, 18-21h. Rosa buurtcentrum, Utrecht.

  3. Design effective visual communication. 4 May, 13-17h. Utrecht Science Park.

These workshops are designed to explore the following question:
How can we raise awareness, inspire action, and foster dialogue around sustainable food in the Utrecht city and campus communities through different communication tools?

We warmly invite Utrecht residents and members of the Utrecht Science Park community and of the International Campus (UCU) community to participate.

Please note that spaces are limited. Priority will be given to participants who are available and committed to attending all three workshops. (you will be awarded with a certificate at the end)
