The Vagant is a striking red building between the Koningsberg Building and the Botanical Gardens at USP. Open since September 2022, it functions as a public 'living room' for all UU students. In addition, the Vagant also provides space for organising activities, from, for example, student associations and other student organisations. Our goal is for the Vagant to be cosily packed with students. We would be delighted if you want to contribute to this!

What does the Vagant committee do?

The Vagant committee consists of five students from Utrecht University. The committee is committed to making Vagant a welcoming place for all UU students. They do this by organising free activities; informing students and student organisations about the possibilities and regulations of the Vagant; and evaluating the use of the Vagant based on the house rules and reservation conditions. They also keep close contact with the Room Reservations team, the Facility Service Centre and the building manager.
