Graduation

When you have completed all courses of your master's programme and you are correctly enrolled at Utrecht University, you meet the requirements to graduate. The Board of Examiners then checks your exam and determines the judicium. If the Board of Examiners determines that you can indeed graduate, you will be notified.

Step 2: Approval by the Board of Examiners

On the last business day of the month, the Board of Examiners will check who has met all the exam requirements in the previous month and set the exam date. Upon approval, you will receive a graduation email.

Step 7: Curriculum evaluation

USG would like to know what you thought of the master's programme. That is why we ask you to fill in the curriculum evaluation in which you can give all your comments about the study. By doing so, you help future master's students. In the graduation announcement and in the web form you will find a link to the curriculum evaluation. We would greatly appreciate your participation in the evaluation.
