Inge Tacke coordinates internal quality control and is also responsible, amongst other things, for preparing the Programme Board meetings, the communication from the Board and she provides support to the Programme Committee. She is the contact Education and Student Affairs within the faculty. She is project coordinator for Public Administration and Organisation Science reaccreditations.

Programme timetabling and coordination

Dorine Wassenberg is the contact for programme timetabling and for Syllabus+, the University’s timetabling programme, she maintains contact with staff and students on matters related to the programme and is responsible for assigning students to specific courses.

Renate Wientjes is responsible for the administration of study results. She maintains contact with lecturers and students about tests and test results, checks that plagiarism controls are carried out, compiles the test timetable and organises the registrations for test resits. Renata also coordinates the organisation of digital tests and provides support to the testing committee.

Peter Taminiau is responsible for the management of OSIRIS, the digital teaching and student administration system. He is responsible for keeping the examination programmes up-to-date and for the provision of management and performance information. He also provides support to lecturers working with OSIRIS Docent. Peter is also contact point for course manuals and course texts for the course catalogue.

Renée Freriks coordinates the selection procedure for both the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes and is the contact for staff and students for all matters concerning application, registration and placement. Renée is also team leader of the Student Information Desk.

Annelou Mayenburg provides support to the Board of Examiners and is responsible for the graduation administration, compiles diploma and mark lists and organises the graduation ceremonies. She is also responsible for the distribution and processing of course evaluations and organises the student panels.

Hetty Faber advises (prospective) students in study related issues. Hetty also is the contact for all administrative matters pertaining to the minor programmes and electives offered by Public Administration and Organisation Science. She coordinates the registration and placing of both internal and external students and is responsible for contact with USG’s international students.

Berber Noordzij is Career Officer. She can help you with questions you might have on how to enter the Dutch job market and check your CV/LinkedIn profile/cover letter. For the Bachelor’s program, she serves as an internship coordinator, manages external relations and organizes empirical research. She is also responsible for the alumni events and –policy.
