Would you like to help improve our education? There are several ways you can have your say about your study programme at UU. You can give your opinion individually, you can join a student panel or you can participate in one of the participation bodies. Check out the possibilities below.

Get involved in the Participation Body

Participation is a job in addition to your studies. You gain experience in thinking about changes and improvements in a large organisation like UU and, above all, it is enriching for your CV.

Degree Programme Committee In the Degree Programme Committee you are concerned with the quality of education in your programme.
Student Assessor The student assessor advises the departmental board on student and educational matters from a student point of view.

Feedback on the UU as an organisation

The Faculty Council The Faculty Council consults with the Faculty Board on faculty policies on education, research, finace, personnel & organisation.
University Council In the University Council you consult with the UU Executive Board on central university policy in the areas of education, research, finance, personnel & organisation.

Contact with your lecturer	Talk to your lecturer or tutor during the course.
Course Evaluation	Assess the quality of the courses by completing the evaluation.
Degree Programme Committee	Let the Degree Programme Committee know what you think about the quality of your programme.
Student Interest Body	Contact the Student Interest Body to communicate your complaint or signal.
Studentenvertegenwordiger USBO	You can also contact the Student Representative's of the USBO Board and the Board Bachelor's and Master's through the Student Interest Body.
Curriculum Evaluation	When you graduate, give your opinion on your experience with your prgramme.
National Student Survey	Give your opinion on the overall quality of the programme by filling in the annual National Student Survey (NSE).

Lecturer and tutor	If you have a general complaint, go to the teacher or tutor first.
Complaints Coordinator	If you do not find a response from your lecturer for your complaint, contact the Faculty Complaints Coordinator.
Student Assessor	You can always go to your department's Student Assessor with ideas.
