The Student Information Desk is the first point of contact for all Bachelor's and Master's students at U.S.E.
The Student Information Desk will have altered opening hours.
June: Tuesday 2 June (closed), Thursday 25 June (closed from 12:00), Monday 29 June (only availble by phone during regular hours)
July: Thursday 9 July (closed)
August: Friday 21 August (closed).- The Student Information Desk is closed during holidays. Please check the Academic Calendar for more information on non-teaching days.
You can contact us for all general questions about your study, such as:

- Exams
- Graduation
- Grades
- Timetable
- Certification of transcripts and documents
