Study Advisor
During the summer holiday period, from 20 July 2026 through 7 August 2026, the study advisors' telephone and walk-in consultation hours will not be available. During this period, it will also not be possible to schedule an appointment online. Emails will continue to be answered. If you have an urgent question, an appointment can be arranged via Microsoft Teams or on campus, in consultation with a study advisor.
There will also be adjusted opening hours later in the summer period:
- The walk-in consultation hours will be cancelled on Wednesday 12 August and Thursday 13 August.
- The telephone consultation hours will be cancelled on Wednesday 12 August and Friday 14 August.
For practical, study-related questions such as study delay and functional impairment, your study advisor is your point of contact.

Most brief questions can be asked during the study advisers' telephone consultation hours and walk-in consultation hours. You can also make a personal appointment with a study adviser.
- Make an appointment using the booking tool below (check your spam folder for the confirmation!).
- For online appointments via Microsoft Teams (install the app and log in with your UU email address), we will call you via Teams at the agreed time.
- Appointments on location take place at Janskerkhof 2-3 (you can take a seat on the bench next to the Law Study Point, where you will be picked up).
- Have you scheduled an appointment but are unable to attend? Please cancel your appointment (using the button in the confirmation email you received).
