Deregister from exam
If you can’t take an exam and want to deregister, make sure to cancel before the exam starts. You can do this using the Exam Deregistration form.
Important: The form closes as soon as the exam begins. If you miss the deadline, you won't be able to submit it.
Missed an exam due to illness or personal circumstances?
If you missed a midterm or final exam because of illness or personal issues, you may qualify for a special exam provision.
- The Board of Examiners, together with the course coordinator, will decide on the new date, time, and format.
- These special arrangements are only available for midterms and final exams.
- Supplementary or replacement exams are not included in this policy.
- If your rescheduled exam overlaps with a supplementary/replacement exam, no additional retake will be offered.
Delay in academic progress?
If you encounter a delay in your academic progress due to your illness, you are to report this to the Study Advisor as soon as possible.
