The Student Information Desk is the first point of contact for all Bachelor's and Master's students at U.S.E.
- The Student Desk is closed on Thu. 11 December and Tue. 27 January.
- There is no walk-in and consultation hour during the winter break (Mo. 22 December 2025 - Fr. 2 January 2026).
