Our Admissions Office is currently processing a large number of application fee exemption requests. If you have already submitted your application and are awaiting the result of an exemption request do not worry. For now you can await the decision on your exemption request. This may take take a couple of working days. Once it gets approved you can submit your application.

If you did not yet submit a request for exemption, make sure to do so before the application deadline (April 1 23:59 CET). 

Around 6 April you will receive an email from our financial department regarding the failed collection with further instructions to make a transfer yourself. Please wait for this email. You will receive confirmation of the payment as soon as your payment is processed.

In case you are enrolled, you can change your payment details yourself in Osiris Student. Go to >Cases >My Cases and choose for ‘CSa change payment details’. You may have to allow the pop-up in your browser. Are you unable to change your payment details, or do you not yet have a Solis ID? Then, please contact Student Services.

As a student at Utrecht University you have the possibility to follow courses or minors at other Dutch universities and universities of applied sciences at the same time. In most cases you don’t have to pay tuition fees twice. You can arrange this by requesting a Proof of Payment of Tuition Fees. EduXchange is a tool that can help you to find electives at TU Eindhoven, UU and WUR.

In Osiris Online application you can submit the application for the programme of your choice. If the duration of your programme is two years or more, you have to re-enroll for the upcoming year around the end of the first academic year.

As soon as you have received your official graduation date – this is not the same as the date of your diploma ceremony - from your examination board, you can terminate your enrolment in Studielink as of the 1st of the month following your graduation date. You may also stay enrolled for the rest of the academic year. You will then be required to pay the tuition fee for the rest of the academic year.
