Digital tools
We will sent all official UU emails to your student email. You received your email address at your private email address when you registered. Your username is your Solis ID. | |
MyUU app and MyUU portal | App: your marks in Osiris, your student card and your timetable. Portal: your study progress, your student email, grades, timetable and a direct link to your study programme page. |
Blackboard | Our digital learning environment where you can find course information and other practical information about the courses you take. |
Osiris Student | Student registration system where you register for courses. You will also find your grades and address details here. |
Course Planner | A digital tool that helps you plan your studies and gain insight into which courses you still need and may take. |
MyTimetable | Utrecht University's course schedules. Log in using your Solis ID and password. |
Microsoft Teams | All online lectures and meetings take place via MS Teams |
Solis Workspace | SolisWorkspace gives you access to software for your studies at any time, any place and for free. The only thing you need is an internet connection. |
Caracal | Digital evaluation system. At the end of each block, you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire to provide feedback on the courses you have taken. |
Printing and working online
Printing and copying | To print, photocopy and scan documents you use a personal smart card, for example your OV chip card. You can then print your print job at any printer in the university. Please note: your card is only used to identify you at the printer. Your print credit is linked to your Solis ID, not your OV chip card. You can top up your print credit via the online portal. |
