Our front desk at Drift 10 is currently closed until further notice. However, you can make an appointment to collect a certified transcript or graduation statement, have a diploma copy certified, have documents signed, pick up your diploma (from September onwards, for students with a graduation date before March 1, 2020, or sooner if the Graduation Office has let you know you can come and collect your diploma), and to collect or hand in other documents.

> Come alone and do not bring anyone with you to the appointment!

If you can't attend your graduation ceremony in the autumn of 2020 and you graduated before March 2020, you can come and collect your diploma from September onwards. Please keep an eye on our general information page on Graduation to see if your programme's diplomas are ready to be collected and how to collect them.

Please contact the Student Desk for an appointment with Sjoer. You may also book an appointment with one of the other career officers at the UU by using the calendar below. In case there are no dates available, please try again later. New interview time slots are made available at the end of each week.

For practical questions

Do you need IT assistance? First check the current status of our IT systems to see if there is a general malfunction. If not, you may contact the ITS helpdesk or the Humanities helpdesk. You may also use the IT wizard to try and solve the issues yourself.

WHAT IS A CURRICULUM COMMITTEE?

The curriculum committee is a representative body which consists of both students and lecturers. The committee:

  • reports on the Education and Examination Regulations
  • guards the quality of your education
  • addresses problems that might arrise
  • reviews academic education and teaching
  • advises on all academic educational matters

A major source of information are course evaluations ans the annual evaluation of the.Education and Examination Regulations.

Half of the committee consists of students, so do not hesitate to contact them if you have an issue that you think needs to be addressed.
