Consultation hours during the Christmas break
- During the weeks of 22 December and 29 December, there will be no telephone consultation hours and no library consultation hours.
- During the week of 5 January, telephone consultation hours will resume, but library consultation hours will not yet be available.
Please note: the walk-in consultation hours for History and Art History will also not be available.

| Quick or urgent questions: telephone consultation hours | Every working day from 10.30 to 11.30 via 030 -253 2440. |

| Library walk-in consultation | Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12.30 to 13.30, hall library Drift 27. On Fridays the study advisors are available in the telephone consultation hours. |
| Quick or general questions: short appointment (max. 10 min.) | Do you have a general question regarding your study progress, study plan, or (for example) your study choices? Please schedule an appointment through the online calendar for short appointments. Please note that these appointments cannot be booked with a specific study advisor. The appointment can either be at Trans 10 or via Teams. |
| Complex questions: long appointment (20-30 min.) | If you have a question that's more complex, and you need extra time to discuss your program or personal circumstances, please schedule an appointment with the Study Advisor from your own program through the online calendar tool for long appointments. The appointment can be either at Trans 10 or via Teams. |
