Overview of all destinations for students of the Faculty of Humanities.

  • Please check the website of your study programme (Bachelor or Master) to see if there are any specific conditions.
  • A general condition is that you must have completed at least 60 ECTS of your Bachelor programme. Most programmes allow students to study abroad in the third year of their Bachelor. One exception is German Language and Culture, which requires students to study abroad in their second year.
  • In a one-year Master's programme, it is not possible to study abroad without incurring any delay.

The contact person of your programme will discuss and sign your study plan. For Bachelor students this is either the study advisor or an academic staff member. Master students should contact the Master's programme coordinator.

Consult the 'Study Abroad' section on the website of your programme:

Website of the Master programmes

Studying abroad through an exchange programme is an integral part of your study programme. Therefore, it is required to get course approval and to submit your results at the end of your exchange. You can find more information about this on your study programme's website, under the heading Study Abroad.
