Join the orientation programme

In september it's time for the orientation programme. A programme filled with activities to get to know not only the university and your studies, but also your fellow students. From mid-July, the programme will be published on this page.

Know what to expect

Take a look at your curriculum and the year calendar. Your timetable will be online from mid-August.

Install digital tools and login to platforms

When you start at Utrecht University, you will receive a Solis ID and e-mail address, with which you will have access to various educational platforms that are important for your studies. For example, the MyUU app, Outlook or Brightspace. The MyUU app also contains your digital student card.

Find it on students.uu.nl

The student website for the MA Intercultural Communication students.uu.nl/en/hum/intercultural-communication is one of the most important digital tools during your studies. Here you will find information on, for example, your curriculum, study advisor or course registration.

Studying comes with challenges. Need support? Check Support and development. Contact your Programme Coordinator for programme-related matters. Your Study Advisor helps with personal matters. The Student Information Desk handles practical questions. You can download the Campus Compass for an overview of our buildings and whom to contact for various matters.

Studying with a disability?
