Collecting your diploma diploma / certified copy

Did you graduate before June 2021?

Collecting your diploma from the Student Information Point (STIP) is currently limited to Wednesdays and Fridays (reservation required). Please note: collecting is only possible up to and including July 2nd. This date will not be extended.

Please note the following:
 

  • Collection is only possible on the mentioned dates. Collection outside this period is not possible. No exceptions will be made.
  • Collection is only possible with an online reservation. No exceptions will be made.
  • Make sure you come alone. Company is not allowed.
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory.
  • Bring a valid ID.

Have you made a reservation but are not able to attend?

  • Always cancel the appointment.
  • Let us know if at the time of the appointment you are unexpectedly unable to come.
