Registration & late enrolment

Each block has a fixed period for enrolment as well as late enrolment. Late enrolment is possible shortly before the start of each block from 09:00 in the morning. You can then register for courses whith places available.  

  • Semester 1 timetable: available mid-August
  • Semester 2 timetable: available mid-January

Block 4 2023-2024

22 April - 28 June (Summer holidays 1 July - 30 August)

  • Course enrolment: 30 October - 24 November 2023 23.59
    Registration courses with priority rules is possible until Monday 13 November 2023 12:00 noon
  • Late enrolment: 2 and 3 April 2024
Block 1 2024-2025
  • Course enrolment: 3 June 2024 9.00 until 21 June 23.59
  • Late enrolment: 19 August 9.00 until 20 August 23.59
Block 2
  • Course enrolment: 3 June 2024 9.00 until 21 June 23.59
  • Late enrolment: 21 October 9.00 until 22 October 23.59
Block 3
  • Course enrolment: 4 November 9.00 until 22 November 23.59
  • Late enrolment: 20 January 2025 9.00 until 21 January 23.59
Block 4
  • Course enrolment: 4 November 9.00 until 22 November 23.59
  • Late enrolment: 31 March 2025 9.00 until 1 April 23.59

The academic calendar of the Humanities faculty shows exactly how the academic year is organised. Different dates may apply to courses/educational activities that are (partly) provided by other faculties. So keep a close eye on this!

Explanation

  • Non-teaching Days: no classes, tests and resits scheduled.
    Group or individual arrangements can be made if so agreed upon by both the student and the teacher, e.g. handing in an assignment, doing a resit or receiving feedback.
  • Reflection weekno classes and tests scheduled.
    Students and teachers are available for resits, reflection, feedback, tutoraat and information events. 
  • Christmas break: no classes, tests and resits. 
    Students do not have to be available for teaching or study activities. 
  • Summer break: no classes, tests and resits scheduled.
