Courses with priority rules

Because of the limited places available for many courses, some courses are subject to priority rules. For certain groups of students a place in these course is guaranteed (e.g. if a course is a compulsory part of your curriculum), provided you register on time. If there are any places left, we will draw among the other students who have registered.

Registration for courses with priority rules

You can only register for the priority courses in the first two weeks of the course enrolment, until Monday 11 November at 12:00 hrs. Your registration time does not affect the placement - so it does not matter when you enrol, as long as it is before 12:00 noon on 11 November.

Placement message

Placement results are in on Friday 15 November. Didn't you get a place? Then you can register for another course until Sunday evening 24 November midnight.

  • UU student
You will receive a message about the placement via your university email on Friday 15 November.
  • Minor student
Contact the Student Desk Humanities as of 16 November to ask if you have been placed in the course.
