Courses with priority rules

Because of the limited places available, some courses are subject to priority rules. A place is guaranteed for certain groups of students (for example, if a course is a compulsory part of your curriculum), provided you register on time. If there are any places left, we will draw among the other students who have registered.

Registration for courses with priority rules

To enroll in courses with priority rules, you do so in the first week of the registration period. For blocks 1 and 2 of the academic year 2024-2025, registration closes on Monday, June 10th at 1:00 PM.

In the Course Planner, you can find for each course which groups of students are guaranteed placement if they enroll on time. For the remaining slots, we will draw lots among the other students who have registered.

We will notify you via your Solis email on Friday, June 14th, whether you have been placed. If you are not placed, you can still enroll in another course until Friday, June 21st.

On 14 June, we will notify you by email to let you know whether or not you have been placed. Are you a subsidiary student? If you are not placed, you can still enroll in another course until Friday, June 21.
