Student wellbeing for study associations

The Student Wellbeing Team is happy to offer study associations the opportunity to organise a wellbeing workshop for members. You arrange the location and participants, we provide the trainer. Not a study association but a UU recognised student organisation? Then too, you can contact us for the possibilities.

What and why?

In the busy student life, the theme of wellbeing - fortunately - is receiving more and more attention. The Student Wellbeing Team attaches great importance to providing space within the environment of associations to get started with this subject in a low-threshold manner. By facilitating (one of) the workshops below, you as a study association show that you are involved in the well-being of its members. The workshops can also strengthen the bond between the members (and the board).

The workshops we offer are mainly aimed at practical exercise and experience of healthy habits. In the sessions there is always room for humor and for questions and initiative from the participants.

How does it work?

When you contact us, we will coordinate the type of workshop and the date and time together. A workshop lasts one to two hours, which we determine in consultation. You as an association arrange the location, promotion and sufficient participants. The student wellbeing team provides the content, training materials and the trainer. A minimum of six and a maximum of 20 students can participate per workshop. The workshop will not take place if there are less than six participants. You can choose between one of the workshops from the drop-down list at the bottom of this page, or in consult with us for a tailor-made workshop.

Want to know more or make an appointment?

Are you interested in (one of) the workshops or do you have any questions? Please contact studentwellbeing@uu.nl to discuss the possibilities!

Student wellbeing grant

Utrecht University is keen to stimulate student wellbeing activities organised for and by UU students. That’s why a budget has been made available for activities and/or events around student wellbeing that don’t take place annually and are organised by students of Utrecht University.
