Student wellbeing

Good health and wellbeing are crucial ingredients for a fun and effective student life. Your daily life and the challenges that come with it affect this. Utrecht University believes it is important that we make the conversation about this topic happen, in different ways and at different times, so it always meets your needs. You can participate in activities, workshops or study groups, talk to a fellow student or coach or sign up for the Wellbeing Week that is organised twice a year.
