Studying by yourself can be really difficult. Maybe you do not know how you are ever going to remember all those muscles, diseases or law articles. Or maybe you just cannot seem to keep yourself concentrated on the task at hand.
In this workshop we are going to explore what effective learning strategies are and how you can keep your focus. We will discuss what research has to say about effective learning, but there is also time to exchange your own ideas.
