Do you want to start the day mindfully? Follow the Mindful Mornings sessions.

These sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced. Give yourself a mindful morning, join the group and also support your fellow students to make meditation a daily habit. The sessions are supervised by experienced mindfulness trainers, who also supervise the UU Meditation Lab.
