Amika Singh (movement scientist, epidemiologist) works as a senior researcher at the Mulier Institute (Utrecht) and Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Norway). In this webinar she explains the impact of regular exercise on your physical and mental health and why exercise is important, especially during your studies.
