Check in Studylink if you are properly enrolled as a student at the UU. If you have any doubt contact Student Services. If you are properly enrolled but the issue has not been solved, please contact your administration office and ask them to check if you are connected to an exam programme in Osiris Basis.

No, host supervisors are not required to have a Solis-ID to access Osiris. They automatically receive an email from Osiris Case with further instructions and details on how to login and proceed from there.

Get in touch with your administration office, so they can check if the email address and details of your host supervisor are right and change them if necessary. If so, your host supervisor will receive an email. Please, inform your host supervisor also to check the spam mailbox.

Login on Osiris Student and check the overview of your Case by selecting your Case under Active Cases and navigate to the right side of your screen to see its current status.

Login on Osiris Student to see in the overview who the current actor is. If the next action is required by your (host) supervisor or examiner and it is still not done, please, send them a reminder yourself. 

There are different reasons why your examiner cannot find your Case. 

If you plan to work part-time on your project, please enter here the number of weeks that it will take you extra compared to full-timeand include this in the indicated field.

In case of changes in the topic of the project, project credits, examiner, second reviewer/supervisor host institute or daily supervisor you should fill in the request for changes form (download and open in Adobe Reader) and email it to the administration office Biosciences or Biomedical Sciences.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the end date of your project might change. If you are not exceeding the 20 working days after your original end date you only need to communicate this to your examiner and find an agreement together. If you exceed these 20 days, you need to request an official extension before reaching the deadline. 

Valid reasons for postponing the end date are: more time spent on courses, extra time off due to personal circumstances, or if your examiner/supervisor needs more time due to personal circumstances.

The research project application process consists of two steps. First, you need to complete the Profile Application Form. Once your profile is registered, you will receive an automated email informing you that the Profile Project Application Form can be completed. Please note that profile registration may take up to a day. If you have just submitted your profile, we kindly ask for your patience. You can check the status of your application if needed.

If you cannot see your grade, it is most likely that your (second) examiner or (host) supervisor did not approve your grade. Please send them a reminder to do so. After you did that, you need to upload your final report in Osiris Case so the Student Administration can register your grade in Osiris. 

Before you can upload your final report, your supervisor must approve the assessment form first. Therefore, check the status of your case first. If all the actors have completed the process but you are still experiencing technical difficulties with uploading your report, please email a screenshot of the error to your administration office.
