Academic calendar

On this page you can find all important dates you have to keep in mind during your programme at the GSLS. Here you can find an overview of the re-enrolment dates, course registration periods, and (public) holidays.

Re-enrolment

You can submit your request for re-enrolment in Studielink. If you are not enrolled before September 1st, you cannot participate in courses and make use of university facilities. All information on re-enrolment can be found on the UU site via the button below.

Course registration deadlines 2025 - 2026

Please note that for courses starting before the end of the registration period, late enrolment will close one week before the course begins.

Public holidays 2025-2026

Please note that some UU buildings will be closed during the winter break (22 December 2025 until 2 January 2026), the day after Ascension Day (15 May 2026), and the summer holidays (29 June until 28 August 2026).
