Course registration
Course enrolment for GSLS Master's programmes is done through Osiris Student. You are responsible for registering and deregistering for courses on time. Failure to deregister may affect future course placements.
Course enrolment procedure
| 1. Registration Process | You must register for courses through Osiris Student during the designated enrolment periods. Registration opens and closes at midnight on the first and last days of the period. |

| 2. Waiting list | After registration, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list. |
| 3. Additional Information | If extra information is required (e.g., a motivation letter), email it to the course coordinator before the registration deadline, in addition to your Osiris registration. |
| 4. Admission Decisions: | The course coordinator will decide on admissions, and you'll be notified via email if you are accepted. If not, you will be informed by the administration office and removed from the waiting list. |
Exceptions:
- First-year students are automatically enrolled in their compulsory courses for September (or February), while for other required courses, you must register through Osiris.
- Epidemiology (Postgraduate) students are automatically enrolled in Introduction to Epidemiology. For other courses they must register at least two weeks before the start of the course, and the deadlines listed below do not apply.
- Science and Business Management students are automatically enrolled in the Fundamentals of Business and Economics course.

The course registration opens at 9:00 hours (this was previously 0:00 hours).
*For first-year students starting in September, registration for period 1 is prolonged until 15 September 23:59 CET 2025.
**For first-year students starting in February, registration for period 3 is prolonged until 15 February 23:59 CET 2026.
